ASU Center for Business Research – Monthly report that has regular real estate information. Every April they put out the Annual Appreciation Study.
Maricopa Association of Governments – The planning arm for MaricopaCounty cities. Has great demographic and area information. Also has the five-year transportation improvement plan for Maricopa County.
Elliott D. Pollack & Co. – Mr. Pollack is a noted local economist and he puts out some great reports. He keeps these on his web site for a period of time so you can review and print the information.

City Information
