Industry veteran Kevin Beach tapped to head operations for WFG’s growing NTS division
Portland, Ore., February 3, 2020 – WFG National Title Insurance Company (WFG), a Portland-based, full-service provider of title insurance and real estate settlement services for commercial and residential transactions nationwide, announces the expansion of its National Title Services (NTS) support division, including the appointment of new executive leadership.
In support of this growth, longtime industry veteran Kevin Beach has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer for NTS and Senior Vice President for WFG National Title Insurance Company (NTIC).
“I am excited about this move to strengthen all phases of NTS, including technology, vendor management and operations,” said WFG NTIC Executive Vice President Lynn Riedel. “I am also thrilled to have Kevin onboard to help accelerate expansion of our agency production services into all key markets. His decades of industry experience will be invaluable in this effort.”
The NTS division provides back-office support to WFG’s direct underwriting operations, including WFG Lender Services, as well as its nationwide agency operations. It manages title and policy production, debt pay-off and curative, order entry, disbursement services and management of WFG’s national vendor network. As part of the expansion, WFG will refine the companywide production system, continue to streamline operations and improve process efficiency to get more done with less resources.

Beach brings 40-years of executive and operational experience in all facets of the title industry, specifically information and software services, to the national underwriter and its NTS support division. As a successful consultant in recent years, he has worked with all major underwriters, including WFG, which has given him direct understanding of the company, including its business goals and clients.
“I will be working with Lynn to build infrastructure to support WFG’s growth into agent markets across the country,” said Beach. “I’ve worked with Pat Stone and Joe McCabe previously and I find their team to be the best in the industry. Compared to competitors with numerous channels and production avenues, WFG has built an enterprise-wide solution that can focus on the unique propositions and values of the different businesses – whether it’s WFG Lender Services, direct operations, agency operations, or others. That advantage extends to operating just slightly more than 80 brick-and-mortar offices nationwide, as opposed to the hundreds of regional offices operated by the company’s competitors.
Kevin Beach comes to WFG from Title Information Associates, the management and business-consulting firm he founded in 2010 to provide solutions for the title insurance and real estate information industries. Prior to launching his consulting firm he served in executive and senior operational roles at Altisource Portfolio Solutions, Property Info/Stewart Title, NextAce, Property Insight, Chicago Title, and Data Trace. He is an active member of the American Land Title Association, Land Title Association of Arizona and the Association of Title Information Management and earned his Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management from the University of San Francisco.
